No one on our network can print!

We've all downloaded the driver for the OKI C5500n, but still cannot print via the network. I can see the printer on my computer, select the printer, and ask to print a test page. Nothing ever prints! My network and internet connections are working fine, so this must be an OKI problem. Their website is down. Can anyone help? Many thanks!
