Sometimes you have to remove the batteries from the remote. Then take a pocket knife and scrape the battery contacts inside the remote. This is where you also install new batteries. If that does not help, you will need to find someone who is good at soldering. This person will have to resolder the contacts on the eye of the remote. Most of the time it is the infared bulb or lcd at the end of the remote. You may even need to replace the lcd of the remote. I have repaired a few of these, as they were dropped. Thanks for asking!
