What is the original concentration of your 100 ml?

To dilute 100ml of something to 2.5% by volume, first calculate 100 divided by the desired % 100/2.5 = 40.
So you would want to end up with 40 times the volume, or 4000 ml (4L). Add 3900 ml water (3.9L) because 100ml +3900ml = 4000 ml

But that assumes that your 100 ml is pure, or 100% concentration of your active ingredient. If your 100ml is already diluted to a certain percent, you have to reduce the added water in proportion.

My 4000 Onan manual says as follows.

Divide 100 by 40. You get 2.5. Now, multiply 30 by 2.5. You get 75, which is the percent of distributed flyers.

it might need the fuel cut to 70/30 depending where you live i mean 70 percent diesel and 30 percent kerosene,but glow plugs are always a good idea to replace when these things start to happen,they do burn out.

A refrigeration type dehumidifier will not go much below 40%, just can't get the water to condensate below that at normal temperatures...
You will need to use a desiccant type unit to go to 30%..

If set to high, burners should remain on. If set to medium high let's say, they would be on for maybe 70 percent of the time, off for 30 percent of the time. If set to warm, they might be on only 10 percent of the time, off 90 percent. There is a high temp limiter which could turn a burner off. If you have a burner on high and are cooking on that burner and it goes off, the high temp limiter may be faulty. It is an integral part of the burner, and would require replacement of the offending burner. Burners are individually replaceable after lifting up the glass cook top.
