- I have been using rechargeable batteries. Any reason that's not a good idea or the source of the problem?I've taken the card out and downloaded the images so they're safe.
I really like this camera, so I'm frustrated.

my camera has a red error message on the screen when you turn it on. I cannot take pictures. It will let me go into menu, but nothing else. I have changed batteries.
