I'm trying to re-activate the camera for my computer with the software for Logitech QuickCam IM for Windows XP - the program is still installed on my computer. The message I constantly have upon trying to pull up the file is to locate the file "LV302AV" but am unable to locate it. Any suggestions?

Hello!
First uninstall any WebCam software that you have. To do this unplug your camera from the USB, go to Control Panel > Programs and Feature. Next, download the full installer (select from the drop down list) for your camera and install it. The setup will guide you trough the process and eventually will ask you to plug the camera back in.
Good luck
