My Sony KV-32HS420 won't turn on -- blinks 7 times, pauses, blinks 7 times. I've seen the same problem described on this site, and the answer seems to be that 2 ICs on the DZ board need to be replaced. I'm sure I can do this if I have the schematic and instructions about any danger areas. Thanks.

It sounds that the standby light blinks, and the set do not turn on. These blinks are fault indications. Fromm these number of blinks, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit part inside.
