Pictures goes to distorded wavy lines.

This could be attributed to tuning reception of your tv. If your using antenna only, it is most probable. If cable, check your line.

If this is a crt type, moving that tv with that size could somehow bend its circuit board. Loose connection is a probability. Could be some minor component is detached from solder. This can be attributed to tuner and vertical IC.

Just for an input.

My 32'' sony wega blinks 5 times

The 5 blinks means a problem in the set's AKB (auto kine-bias) circuit. Sony TV's monitor the operation of the picture tube. When some kind of trouble has been detected, the TV blanks the screen and flashes the 5 blink error code. This may be due to problems in the video circuit, a bad picture tube, or adjustments that have changed due to aging of parts. There isn't anything I can suggest you try on your own to fix it. Because several things may cause the problem, and the proper tools and service information needed to troubleshoot, you should refer this repair to a professional.

this problem is caused by the interruption of the fuse .if you can replace it, you might solve the problem.(before removing the cover of the tv-set make sure you unplugged it.replace the fuse with an identical one, then plug-in the tv-set and turn it on).i hope that it will work.if no change contact the nearest repair shop.

Channel jumping

Sounds like the PIP feature is causing the problem with the TV if you are connected directly to cable TV without a box inline and getting these issues.
