Question about GE Profile 26.6 cu. ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator with Dispenser TFX27PRBWW
I just moved a side-by-side GE refrigerator (9 years old). I tipped it to about a 45 degree angle to move it and blow out the dust (got three large bunnies!) I didn't hit the coils or tubes with the two wheeler. The fridge moved from the kitchen to the garage where the temp is about 10 degrees hotter.
Now the thing won't cool to below 45 unless I crank it up to the highest setting - 9 on this model.
Any good reasons this might have happened?
Sounds like a defrost problem. Check to see if
there is any frost buildup in the back wall of the freezer. If so, it is not
defrosting as it should.

Tips for a great answer:
Many times a freezer and/or refrigerator do not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...there are also many other things that can go wrong.
