Can only hear on speakerphone

This speakerphone is a separate speaker from the handset speaker, so if you can't hear through the handset and you have ensured that the volume in your profile is set up to max, then I would have to say there is something wrong with the handset speaker.

Hope this helps,
Bill

Speakerphone wont turn off

if phone is stuck on speakerphone you made need to do a hard reset.

-backup your data

go to the options menu and do a clear memory.

if that doesnt work you ahve a hardware problem. take it to you local cell phone technician or you can contact www.fixphonenow.com .

Speakerphone when answering blackberry pearl 8100

I had the same problem. I called T-mobil, my carrier, and they had me take the battery out while the phone was 'on' and put it back in. After the security scan was done, the tech called me back on my cell - problem fixed. (I'm not sure if he did something on his end too, but at least try it your self first!)

If you are sure you can't be heard while NOT on speakerphone, it's probably a software problem, if you can be heard but can't hear while NOT on speakerphone, then it might be a bad Mic. If you really can't be heard while NOT on speakerphone and you are out of other options, perform a HARD RESET to restore the phone to factory (or current ROM) settings. Check to make sure the mute function isn't being initiated when you take the phone off speakerphone or start a call.

READ AND FOLLOW THIS GUIDE TO PERFORM A HARD RESET.
