Open front door>turn down green handle>remove thumb screw on grey cover>slide out drum unit>unpack new drum>slide back into area where old drum was removed>reinsert thumb screw>lift green handle>close door.
The waste toner is inside the drum unit it self. You can empty it out, but it is very messy. If it is full, you most likely will need a new drum unit soon. It is up to you.... Good Luck
Have you replaced the drum unit resently? When you had the drum unit out did you see the lines on the drum it self? If so, you need a new drum... If you did not see lines on it the problem may be coming from the fixing film, most of the time if the film is bad you can rub the toner off the page... Good Luck...
this error reoccors when one or more drums are damage or reach their end it is best to replace all the drums since they tend to go all at the same time almost
