Bought a new RCA Pearl

-   having the same problem. Have had the Pearl 2 days. Will not do anything but say Pearl. No buttons working. Any suggestions or solutions?

-   i have the same prolbem and i tried the same stuff and now it doesn't work at all... i had the same prolblem with Rca Pearl- TH1101 so i brought the new one which is doing the same things as yours guyz -   dreamermist

-   I recently bought a Pear RCA MP3 and shortly after I downloaded music into it, the thing stopped working. I put in a new battery and attempted to turn on my MP3. Pearl flashes on the screen, the colors of the buttons proceed to light up and then it stops. I've checked the keys lock and made sure it was off and I removed the battery and tried again with the same results. When I plug the MP3 into the computer, it allows me to play my music on Windows Player but if I unplug it just lights up and won't turn on. I've deleted music on the player, thinking maybe that it was full, but it will not turn on unless it is hooked up to the computer.-   Gaaraluv911
