Question about Toshiba Tecra S1 Notebook
Hi, Please help. Ihave got a Toshiba Tecra 9000 running Win XP Home, It loads up until it get to a blue screen saying checking system on C: file type FAT32. Goes through the check and comes up with PAGEFILE.SYS OF NAME (null)???? and just goes no futher.
Can you help....Do i need a new hard drive?
Blue screens are generally operating system failure. You will need to reinstall your XP home. Format the drive NTFS, instead of FAT32. If you have any problems during or after the reload, then the hard drive is the failure and will need replaced.
