Question about HP OfficeJet 6110 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My HP6110 works in all modes except scanner. When I try to scan, I get the message computer not connected.Yet it is connected (prints just fine) and in the control panel I tested the scanner and the message says "your device successfully completed the diagnostic test." Why can't I scan?
I also have this problem. Try going to
-Scanner and Camera Wizard.
I can get my scanner to work through the wizard when it won't work by just pressing the scan button on the printer.
