I have a Sharp 52in model LC52D62U.The (on) light blinks on an off 2 time an the (opc) light blinks on an off 5 times. Can you tell me what this code meanes. If that is a code.I can not turn the TV on. IT clicks on an off but no picture or sound. Thank you Irving.

If you look at the power light and the opc light separately and independently, you can acquire the blinking pattern. Cover opc and look at power only. I have this model of the sharp tv.Happen to me very often the Power and OPC LED light indicators blink continueosly.Not the power supply board,it the Tuner board that take in the comming broscast signal that have the problems.You still can used this tv.Push the power button sometime the tv it will work right away.Not,each time POWER and OPC lights continueosly blinks.Just push the power button again each time the POWER and the OPC continueosly blinks.Just have push power button again about 4 times each time Power and OPC blinks recycles,it will finally show the backlight and picture come on.My guest,if u do this by pushing power button to recycles about 10-12 times each time the POWER and OPC blinks it time to change the Tuner signal board.

This problems very common on Sharp Tv.Do ur tv LED power light turn on solid first.Few mins,than LED,OPC flahes.Power LED,OPC flashes,push power button again,do this at leat 5 or 6 times somtimes the backlight will come back on and work.The power LED,OPC light flashes,turn off/on more than 5 or 6 times don't work.Ur Tuner signal board is dead,must replaced.
