Question about Clarion CMSW10.1 10" Marine Subwoofer 350 Watts Car Speaker
Speaker has 1 yr. warranty. However,No Clarion dealers identified by the Clarion 800# will honor the warranty.They say they are authorized for "car speakers only ! " Try and get a Clarion Rep on the land line and you'll have found the last human standing! any suggestions on obtainig a new speaker?

Put a piece of cardboard next to the speaker to protect your boats finish. Then use a flat bladed screw driver to gently pry the grill covers off. you may need to work your way around the perimeter, with a little bit of effort it will pop off. There will be 4 screws under the grills holding the speaker to the boat which are easy to remove.

Are you using the factory speaker wires or did you run brand new ones ?
That could make a big difference
this may sound dumb but....
is there an input switch on the amp?
And is the polarity correct on the input wires?
