Dynamode wireless router (by 2 users)

I have a dynamode BR6004W-G1 Wireless router, but there are some problems with the installment or setting it up, as the intenet doesn't work when the wires are connected. I'm not too sure what else to do, I was hoping that you could help me? thanks.

Have connected all the leads but cannot get on to the internet to enter username and password, what am I doing wrong?

Suggest a new solution for this problem
