Contact Heather at Select Brands. I ordered replacement carafes for our office CM202 dual coffee maker. It took about a month to get them, so be patient. I believe they make an order when enough folks get on the list for replacements.

MasterCard/Visa over the phone or via e-mail. However, they are on
