Question about Motorola Mobility H700 Wireless Headset
I have a new fully charged H700. The light is steady green when the charger is plugged in. When I unplug the charger and open the boom I get nothing. No light of any color, no steady, no blinking. Nada. I assume there is an internal switch that isn't connecting. Pressing or pressing and holding the call button has no effect. Any way for me to fix this?
I am having similar issues. Before you OPEN the boom, press and hold the CALL button in the middle and ensure your Bluetooth is paired/synced with your cell phone.
Press and HOLD about 5 seconds until the PURPLE light illuminates. Then flip it open immediately and begin the pairing process.
My problem is that the purple light won't illuminate at all...
