Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I am trying to synchronized a playlist to a usb from windows media player. But it always stops at different percentages etc, 4%, 8%, 15%. The usb is 8gb and its always empty when I start synchronizing

First make sure that all the files in the playlist are supported by the device (all mp3 files)..also ..make sure that the playlist you are trying to sync contain only files that are in the library of windows media player ..(to be sure ..better scan all hdd again and add all media files on the library again )..
be sure that you do not have files in the Play-list that were originated from a disk or some device that it is not in use at the moment...cause this is the main reason for these kinda errors..
If it do not want to work ...better look for the device in My computer folder and load the files manually in the device(removable storage) using the copy/ paste feature..

Everytime i click on my windows media player a window comes up showing me it's trying to connect and states that windows media player is not working.

The best option here is to reinstall the latest version of windows Media player. link below. Simply download and reinstall the latest version this will overwrite anything already there and restore your WMP to full functionality.

Also make sure you have all Service packs installed and all updates are done too.

Also ensure you have MS .net too..

Hung my computer everytime I open files in my computer document

This could be due to many things.
1 main thing if your copy of windows is not legal then Media player will NOT install proper and will cause problems.
However if your windows is legit then insert your windows disk and do a recovery to last date it worked and try installing it again but DO that alone don't run any other application while install is taking place.

Windows Media Player has stopped working.

Try restoring your system to an earlier date that your media player is working but you must re install programs you have installed from that restore point to the present.

Today, my computer stopped allowing me to type a capital 'p' using the shift + p keys. When I try that now, my computer goes automatically to a windows media player screen. How do I get this to stop and...

Ok try this, check your media player properties. There is option for a shortcut key maybe you set it to run when you press SHIFT + p combination.

Search the media player application the one that runs it, right click it, select properties then check the SHORTCUT KEY entry try to have it blank.

You have to create a play list. Load it everytime you start media player. Or you can try a different player....such as Nero or other players, do a google search for music players.
