I keep getting a error 47:01 on start up of printer, wont allow me to go any further.

There is a problem with the "Star Wheel Assembly".
Try pulling the power cord. Wait about 30 seconds.
Reconnect cord and power on the printer.
If error reoccurs, you are probably going to have to get the "star wheel motor" replaced.

It's a "star wheel motor" error.
Try unplugging power cord from wall.
Plug it back in and power on.
If error persists, a technician is going to have to troubleshoot the printer.

Problem Description: Starwheels motor error
Corrective action: Try the following:
1. Switch the power off from the back of the printer and disconnect the power cord. Reconnect the power cord and power on the printer. 2. Open the Window and check for any visible obstacles restricting the movement of the Starwheel Assembly, then clear the obstruction. 3. Check that the Starwheel Assembly cable is not damaged and is correctly connected the Main PCA. 4. Perform the Scan Axis Starwheel diagnostic test to troubleshoot the problem further. 5. Replace the Starwheel Motor. 6. Replace the Main PCA.
If you are not a tech, you will probably have to call one.
