Question about Avaya Eurostyle 18D Corded Phone
I have 3 Avaya 18d phones and recently purchased 3 more. I can’t
seem to figure out how to assign the new phones extensions.
Thanks for your help
My guess is that the wires from the phone system are not connected to the jacks you are plugging into. But to verify, try plugging a display phone into the same jacks. That will prove the theory.
If that is the case you will need to connect the new phones into the phone system.
