You can either buy a new button from ibm or you can order a new keyboard and clip it into position these keyboards are not too costly find a single letter from a computer shop and buy it cheap and instal it good luck and when fixed try to let up on the i a bit lol

Letter fell off

The keys usually clip over the stem, take the letter R and carefully position over the stem and push down gently until you hear a click, if the key is in place it should be the same hight as the others. If the key is broken or won't go back into place the key or keyboard will need to be replaced.

The Fn botton on my vio lap top won't work

The Fn button is like a 'shift' key. Just as you would press <Shift> and a letter to get a capitalized letter, you press <Fn> and a function key at the same time ( <Fn><F1> or <Fn><F2> and so on) to use the secondary function for that key. For example, on one of my laptops, the <F2> key has an icon for 'wireless' (looks like an antenna). If I simply press <F2>, I will activate the function for <F2>, but if I press <Fn> and <F2> at the same time, I will turn on my wiress adapter.

<Fn> all by itself does nothing.

Hope this helps.

Can't find wher can i fix the restart and the led bottons in the motherboard

There should be two rows of metal pins on the motherboard. The pins are about 5mm tall and have white letters printed near them on the motherboard. HDD PWR RST SPKR You connect your wires coming from the lights and switches at the front of the computer to these pins.

The windows QUICK LAUNCH BOTTON does not function.

Are you holding down the 'function' button than pressing the windows key? The function button is the one with 'Fn" on it. Its probally a different colour than the letters on the keys.
I hope this helps, if not than let me know. Please rate my answer. Good Luck.
