hi sir? am kim from kenya, am having a little problem as the printouts are faded on one side of the page. am worried, i dont know if the problem could be the drum.another thing is that there is a message on the screen that i call serviceman.thanks. my email mikim01@yahoo.com.

WizTry cleaning the laser lens glass cover. If the machine has been transported it is quite possible toner has spilled onto one half of the glass and is obstructing the laser.

Whats the copier counter say?
If its around 130,000 to 150,000 it could be time for service. It could need developer and a drum as well.
If it isn't there could be something going on with the transfter belt.
Are you able to get service on your copier in your area?
