Question about Packard Bell GCD-R580B (gcdr580b) Internal 8x CD-ROM Drive
CD tray opens and closes fine, but would not read any form of CD or DVD. Also this drive is not recognised when I open ' my computer' ( ie the icon has disappeared)
Also when I check the drive in Device manager, I could see some yellow signs on the drive ( either yellow question mark or exclamation marks)
Can any body help with this.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
