I would contact navman via their website, usually dont cover physical damage but it is worth a shot.

Maybe tell em it cracked in cold weather?

We have a F45 navman the front glass has cracked can this be replaced
Yes it can, either under warranty with Navman or through a third party repair service such as SatNav Repair Service.com

If you're feeling particularly brave, you can even attempt it yourself after obtaining a replacement screen from ebay, although I recommend this only as a last resort.

If you don't normally fix gadgets either computers or hifi's etc i would get an expert to do it.. do u have a strathfield car radio store in Melb?

any store that sells Navman GPS should be able to accept the repair. It wont be cheap though
