Question about Ericsson Cell Phones
Hi Bruce, dont know if i can be much help but will offer the following advice. although it sounds like that the phone has been locked to an alternative network to your sim card, if this is the case then you will have to buy a sim card for the same network as the phone, but i assume you have thought of that, you could try cleaning the sim and contacts in the phone with soft cloth, alternatively, put sim back in the old phone and call your service provider and explain the problem, they should have you up and running in no time. hope this helps, i cant think of anything else, if i do i'll be in touch.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
