I'm seeing many reviews for this device that imply they are not very reliable and may not work even out-of-box. My first question is why can't you simply get a USB 802.11 device to use with your WiFi? XP can connect to any WiFi as long as it has a wireless network adapter installed. It only has native support for WEP encryption, but with SP3 installed you have support for all wireless encryption standards.
You have to connect to your network without using wireless then u have to go to the linksys website and download the windows 7 driver. Install that driver then u can connect with wireless. Worked for me! Gl.
