Take out the USB from the MP3 Player. Connect it to your Computer. Go to "My Computer" and go to where it says "Portable Devices". Under where it says, "Samsung YP-U3". Double Click and Double Click "Samsung Flash Media". Double Click "Music". And put MP3 Songs, to the folder. Now it's ready to listen to it.
u don`t need a driver ... the samsung yp-u3 is not a regular mass storage drive u must open it with this program http://www.samsung.com/sg/support/download/supportDown.do?group=mp3audiovideo&type=mp3player&subtype=mp3player&model_nm=YP-U3ZB&language=&cate_type=all&dType=D&mType=SW&vType=R&prd_ia_cd=03040200&acc_ia_fl=&disp_nm=YP-U3 download from here
Downloaded Microsoft Media Player version 11 and installed.
I recall somebody mentioning this somewhere. Now when I go to device manager and select update driver the YP-U3 device driver is found automatically.
Also downloaded other software from Samsung website. http://www.samsungplay.com/YP-U3/support.jsp?SMSESSION=NO
Go in Control Pannel ->Add Hardware -> Next
Then choose Yes, I have already connected the hardware -> Next
Select MTP device form the list (it is somewhere at the buttom) -> Next
And finish the instralation
Then go to Control Pannel -> Portable Media devices and you will see your mp3 player there.
It is now connected to your computer and you can put your music on.
I hope this is the solution to your problem
