Question about Adobe Computers & Internet
Save all your numbers
Open internet explorer
go to control panel and uninstall whatever is installed there for this program
Go to toolbar>tools>internet options>general tab and delete all your cookies
Locate the software you are trying to download
Turn off all running programs, including your virus control. (look in the lower right corner of your screen at the little icons and open each proggy there and exit or close.)
Download your software and SAVE it to your DESKTOP.
When it is finished click on it to install.
When it is installed, restart your computer.
Make sure your virus control is back on, however it should be after a restart.
