Take a multi-meter and test the voltage/amperage output of your AC adapter.
If it is OK, then you have a "dead" motherboard.
Is the warranty still valid? If so, then contact Sony, and get it repaired.
If not, contact Sony, and ask if your model is covered by some special warranty,
i.e., if many of your model of Sony have shown the same problem,
then maybe Sony will have addressed this problem.
Otherwise, contact Sony, and see if they can replace the motherboard;
this might be very expensive, if you have to pay for it.

Or, you can remove the disk-drive (which probably has all your files, in good condition),
and and buy a new computer, and connect the old disk-drive as a "slave" drive,
and copy all your files from "old" to "new". Then, you can sell your computer for "parts"
($100 to $200 for the LCD screen, $30 to $50 for the AC adapter, $50 for the CD/DVD),
either on eBay or on Craigs List.

HAVE TRIED CHANGE THE CMOS BATTEWHAT CAN I DO NXTRY TO REMOVE BIOS PASSWORD BUT IT COUDNT WORK,?

Sony Vaio PCG and some Vaio VGN Series use the last 7 digits of the laptop serial number to calculate the bios master password. The serial number for a Sony Vaio is often located on the bottom of the laptop on a white sticker. The serial number may also be found by removing the battery and checking in the battery compartment. The link to unlockbiosrecovery.com below works on the following models:
PCG-C, PCG-F, PCG-GR, PCG-GRS, PCG-GRT, PCG-GRV, PCG-GRX, PCG-GRZ, PCG-N, PCG-NV205, PCG-QR, PCG-R, PCG-SR, PCG-SRX, PCG-TR, PCG-V, PCG-VX, PCG-X, PCG-Z, VGN-B, VGN-FS, VGN-S, VGN-T, VGN-TX1, VGN-X
I use http://www.unlockbiosrecovery.com/Unlock_Sony_Bios.php
For $20 they use the last 7 digits of the laptop serial number to calculate the bios master password and then email it to you in an hour. They guarantee it to work and you can call them if you have a question.

VGN-NR220E won't boot up

Bad memory can cause a system to hang as you describe.
If it is accessible, remove the memory cards, swab them with cotton swabs and alcohol and try it again.
Don't put the cards back in while still damp if you use rubbing alcohol.
