YESTERDAY MORNING THE PHONE JUST WOULD NOT TURN ON. CHARGER MAKES NO DIFFERENCE. NEW BATTERY MAKES NO DIFFERENCE. IS THE INFORMATION IN THE PHONE LOST FOREVER?

the screen stays blue... and when u turn it off and on it goes right back to that blue screen.
