Re: problem of C25 risograph cr 1610
Remove the old mater on drum and clean your master incoder strip and sensor. Look also at your drum clamp and bend the 2 sides of the 2 arms a bit up that goes under the clamp unit so that it can open a bit wider. let me know if you still struggling.

The C25 stores toner in a waste toner container. On the front of that container there is rectangular clear window that fits into a sensor when installed into machine. The sensor passes a beam of light through that window. When the bottle is full there is toner inside that clear plastic window which stops the light from making it through the window and the machine will tell you the waste toner is full. Just dumping the container out will not clear that window and by putting it back in the machine you will get the same toner full message. If you are going to try to reuse that container you will have remove the black plastic cover that is glued to the container above the clear plastic. Then use something like a Qtip to clean all the toner off of that clear window(much easier and faster to just replace in with a new container). if you still get the waste toner full message after you install it then remove it and wipe off the sensor that the clear window sits in. This will clear the message and you can continue your copy job.
Which model of Risograph? Error type A01: Master mis-feedError point 201: Master-positioning sensor does not go to ON even after the write pulse motor is activated durcing the paster-positioning, master cut, or master-loading operation. Try this:1) Pull out mastermaking unit and rewind master roll, then re-set master in place.2) Check write pulse motor and its gear
E16 indicates a motor lock with the inking motor. Disassemble the ink pump unit and check for proper rotation of the inking motor itself. This error is caused by a current overload. Also, remember to try powering on the machine while holding down the reset key to clear all error codes first.

sounds like the sensor is stuck when you put the box back in make sure it is square and sometimes if you open the front door whilst replaceing it the close rhe door after the reset can work check the sensor arm .. this hangs down in the middle where the box goes back in on the face plate of the side of the machine
Risograph C1610 Error E 78 - Problem was fixed by re attaching the detached cable inside the top scanner. you have to take apart the scanner on top and re attache the cable and that should get rid of the error
