On the covers there will be push inside out plastic rivets like screws...
press in the center of those screws and it will pop out a bit and then pull it out...then the fibre will be unscrewed ...pull it out and then you are done...
you will be able to access the speakers

Hi i don't think you have to remove your rear panel to acces inside.
The best way is to remove the speakers by the front side.

have you tried to reset it to factory defaults yet? If it has a vcr button on the front, then hold the vcr button and press power...it should say reset on the front. Might not help, but worth a try.

Gently prise off the mesh grill at the front with a thin micro screwdriver without damaging the surround, until it releases from the black gloop adhesive. Be carefull not to bend the mesh front grille. Remove the gloop. There are then large screws visible on each corner near the speakers, there is a hidden screw accessible through the rubber ipod rest, ( small Phillips type). There are three screws at the back of the base of the unit. Remove all them. Insert an oversized or much larger screw into one of the front screw holes and pull it with a pair of pliers. The front will then come away and expose the inner mystery workings.....I just need to fix mine now.

How to remove rear door panel on 2003 Jeep

I am assuming you are asking about the 2003 Jeep Cherokee, these are the instructions for the Cherokee, if not, please repost your question specifying which Jeep you have.

Remove all screws securing the interior door panel on. There is a screw on the top portion, and two in the handle.
  • 2 Gently pull on the interior door panel to release the plastic clips that fasten the panel. Use caution to avoid damaging the plastic clips.
  • 3 With the door panel loose, release the two wire connections to the window- and door-lock switches. You must also remove the lock-mechanism poles.
  • 4 Remove the four screws holding on the speaker. Remove the wire connector and set the speaker aside.
  • 5 Remove the window seal by gently pulling. Make note of how each wiring harness is fed through the door panel.
  • 6 There are two clips that secure the window to the track. Using needle-nose pliers, gently pull the clips off of the window. Carefully lift the window out of the track and set it aside.
  • 7 Remove the motor from the track system by removing the three bolts holding the motor to the track. Remove the unit from the door and place it on a flat surface.
  • 8 Remove the lower cable guide by pressing on the tab with a screwdriver and releasing the guide assembly. You must also remove the window-guide mechanism. Make sure it is turned so that you can connect the cable in the guide.
  • 9 Install the replacement window motor and guide assembly onto the door panel using the three bolts. Make sure the cables are aligned properly before reinstalling the window in the vehicle.
  • 10 Install all peices in the reverse order.

I would have a look inside, it might be a bad soldering joint that got disturbed in the move. When you get inside follow the wires from the Front-Right terminal.

How to run outdoor speakers from my in house receiver

If you have a button for A and/or B speakers on the front of your unit, then use the A (or B) speaker connections for the inside speakers and B (or A) speaker connections for the outside speakers. Then of course you just select either A or B depending on where you want the sound to come out. If you select A and B then it will come out at both locations. If you don't have A/B speaker selection available on the unit, then you will need a speaker select switch (from Radio Shack) or else wire up a four pole double throw toggle switch to do the job.

    Overload, switch off

first: Never power up any amp with no load. Second, if possible, test the speakers themselves with a multimeter. You should get a reading of a few ohms on each...but not a direct short nor an open. Unplug the unit from the wall and repower it. It may reset something. If this doesn't resolve the issue, you've got a repair bill.

    AVR 110 Harmon Kaedon

Looking in the manual (link below) I see that this receiver uses 8ohm speakers, check that your speakers are 8 ohms or more. I think that connecting 2 sets of speakers to the same output is the problem as when you connect speakers in parallel (i.e. just twisting both pairs of wires together) you effectively half the impedance. So if 2 sets of speakers of 8ohms are connected this way the result will be 4ohms which is too low and will cause the unit to go into standby. Try removing the additional front speakers & see if the fault persists. If it does then it is likely a fault in the wiring. http://www.harmankardon.com/product_support/support_detail.aspx?Region=USA&Country=US&Language=ENG&cat=&prod=AVR%20110&sjump=om&#active
