Question about Audio Players & Recorders
I have an older TEACdual cassette deck (W-750R) Just bought it (used) and have tried to figure out how the Tape Rev switch controls the actions of the two decks. This switch is a three position switch that controls the use and reverse action, and interaction of the two decks. The labling on the switch is pictorial with only one position having any labling (Cont. Play) on it. I'm guessing that it does different things for either one or the other or both of the decks. But I have worked on this for hours and can't figure it out. I'm also betting that the function is the same for other TEAC models and possibly for other manufactures. Anyway, anyone know how this works?
Put the switch to the (Cont.) position and the tape will auto reverse and continue to play till you push stop.

I had an Aiwa dual deck and by the way your describing it, when you select Cont. Play press play on one deck then play on the other. I am not sure if there's a difference as to which you start with. When the first deck is done playing both sides, the unit will goto the second deck and play both sides, then back to deck 1.
