Replacing the Power supply unit, PSU, is very simple. It is about 4 screws in the system. You can pick up a replacement on ebay for $10-20. Also, a new (used) xbox is usually around $30 on craigslist. Hope this helps.

you simply need to buy a new headset, those things are so cheap.

I would suggest a Turtle Beach x31; visit www.bestbuy.com for a retailer.

Hi i have xbox 360. it was on 110volt some on plugged into 220v. it seems it has blown the power supply. can anybody help me to to fix this problem. any reply will be highly appreciated. thanks

Hi, the power brick on your 360 is designed to "blow" in the event of a power surge or in this case to much power. Take your power brick and try to plug it in to someone else's 360 and see if it works. If it doesn't then you need to buy a new power brick ( a cheap alternative to replacing the 360). But, if it still works then you may have totally burned your 360 since they don't have an internal fuse. At that point I would take it to a repair shop and let them look at it to see the extent of the damage and give you an idea as how much it is to repair.

No picture on TV when Xbox 360 is turned on

For the most part, an XBOX will display a picture on the TV regardless of what the settings are. If there is no picture, it is most likely the cable or the XBOX output terminals themselves.
Since you have said that your friend's AV cable didn't work either, even though it did on his, we must assume that the problem is with the XBOX.
If the warranty is still on the console, call Microsoft and send it in. If it isn't either call Microsoft and see that they can do, or find an online repair shop that can help you.

If you need furthur assistance, feel free to ask. If this response helped you, please rate it!
Thanks!

Help Microsoft Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver For Windows, help help

Hello my name is Tim Ehrhart, If the reciever is not lighting up then it is dead, you can try to take it to walmart and exchange it for a working one, they are usualy good at swapping out and if they give you a hard time buy a new one and return it with the old reciever instead of the new one. I hope this helps you.

Xbox 360

ok, try going through all the different video cables till one works, same as the ps3 you have to go into the setting and tell the 360 what type of video setting you want to use, once you find the one that is active then you can go into the setting and change it around - if you have already tried this then the video processor is fried and you need a tek to fix,
keep me posted
