Ps3 what does it mean if the controllers cant turn the ps3 on or off anymore

You having to ask that question means you are in no way adept in dealing with this kind of thing for your safety and the safety of everyone in you're house please take it to a shop to be repaired for fear how fire.and if that's not enough is it worth killing the ps3 if you make a mistake.

I have several controlers in several different colors, but "coincidently" several of the blue colored controls have had the LED lights stop working completely. I am begining to think that many blue colored Sixaxis PS3 controlers were made during a version that had problems with the LED lights going out and no longer working, or simply a bad batch of controlers.

Did you try letting it charge for a while, even if the ligfhts won't light up, then press and hold the PS3 button to check and see if it took the charge?

On my blue controlers, they still charge and still work, but none of the LED lights illuminate anymore.

Solution would be to buy a new controler, or ignore the lights not working.

if your controller doesnt work try syncing it to your ps3 with a power cable and i cant solve the login problem as i dont no what you mean sorry

the controler is dead, try to buy a new one.

Try another controller and see if that will register, if that doesn't try another usb cable for the controller and if the controller still doesn't register then that means the controller board is bad and would need to be replaced.

try unplugging the power cord from the ps3 and putting it back on. if that doesnt work, your console might have kicked a breaker in your homes breaker box. on the ps3, always turn it off by the the back power switch.

Hi, this sounds like a problem with your hard drive booting up. This seems to happen alot with the PS3s. Try taking the hard drive out and putting it in another PS3 and see if it does the same thing. If it does then your hard drive is damaged and needs replaced.

try opening it up to see if anything is loose

This means that you ps3 is deffected. It can also mean that your ps3 is not getting good ventiltion if it is in a cabnet move out of there and make sure that no vent is close to a wall be 1.5 feet this will cost you ps3 to heat up. If that dosnt work than your fan isnt working properly call 1 800 345 7669 that is sonys number call and see what they can do
