Did you install software recently? Did you add on any hardware? You might need to unistall whatever you installed and/or remove whatever hardware you added.

How much memory you have? How many start up programs you have running in the background. There could be numerous things going on that would give you freezing and non response.

Some emails I send are not being recieved

There are lots of possibilities. Like you had an attachment to large for the receivers mailbox, or the receiver has a mailbox that is full. Most of the time after hours or a day you get a message the mail could not delivered.
Some mail delivery systems put your mail in the spam box of the receiver. If he /she never checks if everything in the spam box is spam, the never discover your mail. And perhaps there could be 100 other reasons.
Outlook was an old program and Microsoft wants you to replace it for the web based version with the same name. Perhaps that version is giving less problems? you also could try Gmail or Yahoo. Most mail is moving towards web based.

External keeps telling me not responding

Assuming your talking about an "external" storage device, such as a hard-drive over a USB connection... If the device isn't responding, and ASSUMING it doesn't need external power, and "should" operate over USB (most do)... then it's damaged. If it needed to be formatted, etc..you would get a different message. If it's locking up the computer, and not responding..it's simply bad and needs to be returned. Sorry :-(

IT FREEZES AND HANGS DAILY, AND KEEP ON SHOWING ERRORS AND NOT RESPONDING MESSAGES

Above you have posted that you have SP1, vista is up too SP2, you should check for updates, because your system will update too SP2,
unless you don't have a valid copy of windows.

SP2 fixes a lot of problems with vista.

You should also open task MGR, and watch the process list, so you can see what program is causing the system to freeze.

If you post what program is causing the system to spike, we can maybe get a solution for the problem.

If you need to know how to do any of this just post back with any questions.

Clicking outlook express hyperlinks gives not responding message

First download and reinstall Internet Explorer, that has Outlook Express built in. See Internet Explorer: Get It Now.

If that does not work, do system restore to a date before you started having the problem. See System Restore on Windows XP.

Normal 0 There are a number of things that can cause the camera to freeze up the computer or the camera.
First I’d check to see how much memory is installed in the computer. It takes additional memory to operate the camera.
