Why won't my mp3 coby player won't charge

Your coby is not charging anymore..The battery probably needs to be replaced with a new one..Please check your connection when you charge it..There should be an icon that shows your battery is charging. If it does so that means your coby is charging but your battery cant store the energy anymore.

Battery in my zen v plus mp3 player won't charge

Two possibilities come to mind: (1) your battery has outlived its usefulness. This is not good news for, from what I understand from various posts on Amazon, Creative will not service its products anymore--not even battery replacement! ; (2) I recall reading on Creative's support page that even if a good battery is overly discharged, the computer won't recognize/recharge it assuming you are charging off a computer USB port. In this latter case, all is not lost since there are cheap cigarette lighter 12 volt plugs which reduce to 5 volts and will recharge mp3 players, or, 120 volt to 5 volt converters are also available. Either of these will bring an otherwise good but overly discharged battery back to full charge and this should solve your problem. If not, you are out of luck.

My sansa mp3 player doesn`t seem to charge anymore. what do i do?

My best bet is the cable gone wrong. If you can find a similar cable to purchase from a computer shop or a friend you can try it.

My sanDisk Sansa Clip MP3 Player will not charge anymore. At least not on the computer I'm on. I have had it hooked up to charge for 2 days now and nothing. Why is this and how can I charge it?

This is direct from the sansa FAQs at http://www.sansa.com/support/sansa_clip/faqs 02. Why won’t my Sansa Clip charge when I connect it to my computer? USB Cable
Make sure that the USB cable is properly plugged in and use the original cable.

Computer in Hibernation mode
Make sure that the computer isn’t entering hibernate or sleep mode while the device is connected. The computer must be on in order to charge your player.

USB Port 2.0
Make sure your player is connected USB 2.0 port (1.1 occasionally causes charging problems).

USB Port location
Try plugging in different USB port (i.e. USB port in the back of the computer); sometimes the front USB ports have problem charging up the device.

Battery
Make sure the battery is fully charged. It takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge the battery.

Latest firmware
Make sure to update firmware by downloading and installing the Sansa Firmware Updater.

I hope this helps, and don't forget to rate the answer.

Recharging mp3

Whenever the PD-6070 is connected to a PC, it will charge. The battery indicator on the OLED screen will slowly fill over and over as it is charging. When the charging is complete, the battery indicator will stay filled.
