JVC AV-48WP30 - Problem with flashes (by 2 users)
Hopefully someone can shed some light on this as I haven't seen it
posted anywhere.
I have a AV-48WP30 which is working fine except for one thing...
While watching DVD's, anytime the screen flashes (such as a picture
being taken, or strobe light, etc.) the TV tends to go black for a
second and/or re-selects the Input that I'm currently on. This started
happening a few months after I got it, and it's becoming a huge pain
in the *ss.
Anyone know what I'm taking about?

My JVC is about 4.5 years old. All of the sudden it looks as though I need to wear 3-D glasses to see a good picture. Started a few days ago. I turned it off and then on and it was normal. Today, the problem lasts. The screen is distorted, has a red look to it throughout and any writing/captions are distorted (like double vision). How can I fix?

should be under Manufacturer Warrenty. Probably something in the AKB or
video protect ckts. or even a software update.
