Does the hard drive already have xp on it
try booting in safe mode f5 or f8 when screen appears boot in safe mode if (doesnt work)
check that your BIOS is set to recognize hard drive
Only other way is to reinstall windows

Five long beeps at a range of five seconds then, repeats

Five long beeps for a modern motherboards indicates a processor failure. If you wish to remove the processor and re-seat it (reconnect it to see if it begins to work again) make sure to get some thermal compound to put between the CPU chip and the heatsink. Failed to boot, i cant even get to the bios! only the fan running, led(green) and (red) indicator doesn't even light.

Dear Client, unpluged all the data cables, power cables or wires, bios cell and RAMs. Everything should be unpluged from the motherboard for two hours and then reassmbled. It will work properly but when you reassembled it just plug with the follwing devices.

* Power Cables
* Data Cables
* Bios cell
* Processor + Fan
* RAMs

Do not attach CD-Rom or Hard Disk, just turn on the computer without Hard Disk and CD-Rom and try to enter in bios setup. I assure your problem will be solve. Now you can attach the CD-Rom and then try to boot up from the CD-Rom and in the last you should try to attach Hard-Disk. I hope you will do it step by step and get success.

Good Luck

You need an other BIOS driver.
Intel
P6 and NetBurst micro-architecture microprocessors may contain design
defects or errors known as errata that may cause the product to deviate from
published specifications. Many times, the effects of the errata can be
avoided by implementing hardware or software work-arounds. Errata and work-
arounds are documented in the appropriate processor specification update,
which can be found at www.intel.com. Intel P6 and NetBurst micro-
architecture microprocessors include a feature called "reprogrammable
microcode"
, which allows certain types of errata to be worked around via
microcode updates. The microcode updates reside in the system BIOS and are
loaded into the processor by the system BIOS during Power-On Self Test, or
POST.

Download BIOS update form the website for your motherboard.Burn it it cd if you get that type of writable image on site. Or use another processor to make update on this mainboard. Dont forget, NOT ALL CPUs ARE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL MAINBARDS. Check If your processor is supported.
