Question about HP Pavilion dv6000z 15.4" Notebook Laptop PC 64 X2 Duo Core TL-56 1.80GHz, 1GB RAM, ... PC Notebook
My laptop, an HP pavilion dv6000, just stopped picking up networks this weekend. It says the driver is not installed.
I bought my laptop just over a year ago so my warranty i would suppose is out, is there anything i can do?
I did a system revert to like 2 days before it happened, and that didn't help, and then i did a system recovery thing and got everything back to factory setting and whatnot. After i updated all the software the driver installed and worked fine for the night, but the next day i started my system up again and once again i can not pick up an signals. Why is my driver uninstalling itself?
Please see my response at your other posting on this same matter.
If you want to see all of the support documents available for the dv6000z, go here: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/manualCategory?lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&product=3224052&lang=en&.
You can also initiate an online chat with HP support if you have more specific questions in regard to how to pursue this replacement, or if they may have specific suggestions regarding the proper / best card to use to replace what you have. They will also walk you through these things if need be...
Again, please post back if you need more help, otherwise thank you for using and rating FixYa!
