SOURCE: mp3 player will not turn on, it is fully charged

First try resetting it = To reset your zen = Put a pen head in the hole under the power button for 20 seconds.

A depleted battery may have any of the following symptoms:
The charging icon is missing
The blue power LED is not blinking
The player turns off immediately when it is disconnected from its power supply
Not showing any signs of activity (with the exception of the blue power LED)
No LCD display
The player is not detected by Windows or any programs
If the player shows the above symptoms, download the firmware below and follow the step by step instructions to install the firmware update.

May have to format if nothing eles works.

Hello my eclipse mp3 player will charge but when i take it off the charger it plays for 3 minutes and truns off and i just bought it new what can i do to fix it

It sounds like you are experiencing an issue with your new Eclipse MP3 player. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
  1. Make sure that the battery is fully charged. If the battery is not fully charged, the MP3 player may not have enough power to stay on for an extended period of time.
  2. Check the charging cable and make sure that it is securely plugged into the MP3 player and the charger.
  3. Check the charging port on the MP3 player for any damage or debris that may be preventing a secure connection.
  4. Try a different charging cable or charger to see if the issue is with the charging equipment.
  5. If the issue persists, you may need to contact the manufacturer for further assistance.
I hope this helps! If you have any additional questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to ask.

I just bought the eclipse cld and it won't turn on after charging for hours

If the rechargeable battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be worn out. Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cycles and will lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% and gradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up at all. OR The battery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected the battery drops off to zero capacity in a very short time. If the battery drops to an unacceptable charge level then the battery needs to be replaced. Rechargeable batteries will fail if stored in a discharged state for long periods.

I just bought the eclipse cld mp3 player for my niece a couple of days ago, i downloaded music to it and let it charge but i cannot get it to turn on!!!!!!!! It only turns on when it's plugged to the...

There are two things that come to mind, the new battery is not holding a charge, or there is a problem with MP3 players circuitry. Remove the battery for 60 seconds and re-seat it back in place hopefully this will reset the processor ic, if this fails take it back because there is nothing more that can be done since the item is under warranty.
