Good morning Sir, i fitted a complete service kit on my bosch gsh 11e but after a few moments of use it wouldn't hammer any longer, i immediately dismantled it but found nothing wrong. please note that i lubricated the piston O rings with synthetic racing grease. thanks

Likely the hammers are broken inside the drill.

Striker pin problem / broken connecting rod OR 1 o-ring 1 610 210 195 pos 165 thats become soft and not round anymore that will lock the striker in the sleeve when the lubrication gets older

Bosch 11316evs a hammer where are complete maintenancekits for with the right grease beware of the parts that are have high priority to observe ALLWAYS REPLACE POS 41 and 39 together to get the neccesary pneumatic vaccuum for the mechanism because if there is leakage of oilseals the o-rings are to early getting HOT and harden prematurely again. also

Also note that the statorfield is mounted with two screws, because it does happen often that these 2 screws are not used!! and this in order to prevent the mangle with the four sliding contacts

This is the only BOSCH machine that i leave it to the specialists of BOSCH because of the otiosity by this model unfortunately there are to much problems with leakage of the hammer tube in 90% of the service these tubes must replaced, the newer ones not anymore but these models have to much problems after the most operating hours. and its to expensive in much cases and if you doit yourself you should be very lucky in 20% of the change it will be worth the 1 or 2 hours you should spend on it the light aluminium house to get closed you must take other bolts and locktite to get it closed again and if it closed then there should be an other problem , if they were new then it was a nice hammer, but it was basically a misfit among the forest tools for affordable service. ONLY THIS KIND OF MODEL .
