Question about Fisher Paykel EcoSmart GWL15
My Fisher Paykel machine takes forever to fill and more than often will error out before it reaches the firt wash cycle. I have well water and assumed that there was sediment in the hose. Several times when I disconnected the cold water hose cleaned it out then reconnected it the problem went away - this doesn't work anymore -- could I need to have the cold water valve replaced? Warm water run ten times faster than the cold water !?
Try unscrewing the hose at the back of the machine. There should be another filter there. If this doesn't solve the problem replace the fill valve. This part is not expensive. Take the old one with you. a generic is much cheaper. I have bought new for under $5. You can fix this yourself.
