Turn off the machine using the power button, unplug the power cord from the back of the machine, remove the ink cartridges, wait 2 min, plug the power cord back in, press the on button, wait until the printer prompts that the ink cartridges are missing, then replace the ink cartridges. If this doesn't clear the error then you may need to re-prime ink through the system to clear the error. :just take out the catriges..plug outthe power cable ....then plug it bacvk in after 20 secnds,the printer will ask fr printer catriges ,puthem back in and try to perfom fnctions ,still problem persists ,follow following steps
:just go ahead and take ou the power cable
and press and hold # and 3 fr 30 seconds
while pressing them plug in the power cable
:similarly perform with # and 6
:ur problem will be resolved
