GPS problem (by 4 users)

Everything works fine until I pull up the antenna falp on the abck of my IQUE3600 and then it goes crazy and cycles throuhg the palm page, garmin page, start up screen etc. The organizer settles down as soon as I closed the antenna.

I started having the exact same problem this past weekend. About 30 minutes into my trip and it was hot that day....
The unit works fine until I pull open the antenna and it just recycles on and off. I notice that Garmin doesn't provide any technical support or repair because the unit is discontinued. #@^*&^

Exactly the same problem . Several resets , but no resolution yet . It occured after the receiver was quite warmed up- hot standing under the car window.

I had this problem and did several resets both soft and hard. I also charged the battery completely. The gps unit would work in sim mode but when the antenna was opened it would not. Eventually after several charging cycles and resets, I was able to get it to settle down. I had to sync and reload all data. Good :Luck
