Question about Freezers
about an hour ago my freezer door just started leaking water.
some of the shelves are frozen but some aren't?
the food is starting to defrost.
If this is not a frost free model It sounds like you have a freon leak. This is almost never worth fixing. Any fix would be temporary. You can never really trust it again.
If it is a frost free model it could be just stuck in defrost. Most commonly the defrost timer.

Good Afternoon friend, I appreciate your post!
Based off what you have described the door on your Frigidaire refrigerator is stuck and will not open. It sounds like you may have condensation on your gasket and it has frozen the door shut. The best thing to do is disconnect power from the refrigerator for four to six hours and that should break up any ice holding the door closed. I hope this is helpful information. -Matt
