The printer that I have (HP Photosmart Plus B209) will not print today! It keeps sending the message: Oxc19a0022
Below that message it states:
"Please turn the printer OFF and then ON."
I have turned the printer OFF and then ON about 15 times with no change! Still the same message - still not printing!!! I am frustrated!

Does your printer have a CD disk to install it on your computer. Go into My Computer and delete or remove everything that is associated with that printer then reinstall using your disk. That will reset it back to factory installation.

Try resetting the printer a second time. If you have done this step, unfortunately, you either need a replacement print head or the printer needs service.
Print heads are not returnable if a new one doesn't solve the problem.
You can use the program that comes with the printer. Its called HP Solution Center. There you can view your printers status, etc.. In addition you can choose to copy, scan or print files.
