My realtek sound card driver is not installing in my pc
I have built in sound card of realtek, usually i am installing driver through intel motherboard cd but today it is installing the result is coming failed, please advise me what to do ? tks for your cooperation.

generally when you install any drivers , after installing successfully the system will restart. i think you are not installing your correct sound drivers. Install your sound card drivers from the motherboard CD. If you lost your motherboard CD , then go to this website www.drivermax.com . Install the software,it will automatically detect your hardware devices and installs the correct drivers .

if your sound card is in-built try installing from the motherboard cd you got..if then also it says some problem then try for the driver software in internet then too problem continues try installing the OS again..
check device manager desription, and error log.. if all normal (i know its sounds stupid) but make sure nothing ismuted, if there is the third parts realtek aidio manager there, make sure that hasnt muted anything.. if everything is normal and still nothing, try un-installing drivers completely in devce manager, restarting system, and re-installing them again..
