Try to fix the problem without taking the laptop apart first but I would recommend using a powerful air compressor instead of a vacuum cleaner.
Welcome to FixYa! Based on the error you have received, this means that the cooling fan of your laptop needs to be cleaned and checked at. This is a common problem with any toshiba laptop. I suggest checking the heatsink of your laptop. If the CPU heatsink is not clogged with dust and lint completely, you can use canned air and just blow it inside the laptop through the openings on the bottom and on the sides. It's nice as a precaution measure, but it might not work if your laptop already has a problem and the heatsink is completely clogged.
Open the laptop case, so you can access the CPU fan and the heatsink. In some cases you can access the heatsink through the latch on the bottom of the laptop. Sometimes (for example Toshiba Satellite A70/A75) you have to open the laptop case all the way down.
Carefully disconnect the fan cables on the system board and remove the fan. If the fan makes unusual sound when it spins (grinding sound), I would recommend to replace the fan.
Clean the fan and the heatsink with compressed air.
first you should install an independent system temperature monitor like speed fan and check if your computer temperature is ok .If the temp is ok then it is not as much of a worry but more of an annoyance if it shows the computer is hot take it back to service immediately either way they should fix the problem under warranty. I hope this helps Andrew A
Well it seems that you have a cooling problem. It could be caused by many things. This warning may be displayed when system reaches dangerous for components temperature. You can do few things to prevent this from happening.
Make sure laptop is always used on flat surface with it's vent holes not being blocked. People often use their laptops in beds or carpets which causes them to overheat.
Make sure that any vent holes are clear of dust and dirt. If needed use small brush to remove dust. For best results brush + compressed air combination should be used.
If all this isn't case you need to make sure that you can hear fan spinning. This could be a hardware failure and running your laptop like this could lead to permanent damage. ( if your fan isn't running please see this video to get an idea of where it is and how can it be replaced)

You probably have a failure in the computer cooling system and should take it in to a service center to check the cooling system operation. If you wait too long you may find that you have a processor failure or motherboard damage.Overheating problems are a major cause of laptop failures. They need to have cooling devices attached to them and cooling fans underneath them to protect them from overheating.Hope this helps you with your problem.
you probably need to clean the cooling fan...it collects dust over time, and doesn't move the warm air out as it should...its fairly accessible by removing the bottom case cover...please rate my response.....
first.you can find the processor fan in some computer shop, but i dont know if they will give you.second, check the model # of the fan and check in the internet for delivery or else, you can repair the fan by replacing the dynamo of the fan with another model of fan, just anly remove the screw of the fan and try to find another model fan and replace the dynamo fan.
This kind of issue is i try with some of my customer because they cant find the same model of fan.
